RULES OF PLAY

1. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult/guardian for the duration of their stay at Kidz-A-Loud.

2. Kidz-A-Loud does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.

3. For the safety and enjoyment of all children, height and age restrictions have been applied to the different play zones. These restrictions must be adhered to.

4. Only food and drink which has been purchased at Kidz-A-Loud may be consumed on the premises. Food and drinks for babes in arms are excepted.

5. Food and drink, including sweets and chewing gum, must not be taken onto the play equipment.

6. Jewellery, belts, watches and other sharp or fragile objects should not be worn whilst playing on the equipment.

7. Children must remove shoes before playing on the equipment and socks must be worn at all times.

8. Adults entering the play equipment must remove shoes.

9. We recommend that children wear long sleeves and trousers.

10. The admission fee entitles you to an unlimited period of play for a single entry, however during busy periods Kidz-A-Loud reserves the right to limit play to 2 hours.

11. No form of bullying will be tolerated and anybody doing so may be asked to leave the play centre.

12. Parents/Guardians should note that whilst every effort has been made to ensure the safety of children using the play centre, Kidz-A-loud cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.

We would ask our customers to report any accidents, no matter how minor, to our receptionist before leaving the play centre. These will be logged and are an important part of our efforts to ensure safety.

13. In order to protect the privacy and security of children at kidz-a-loud photographs may only be taken in the party rooms and only by adults accompanying party guests. Unfortunately photography in the main play centre area is not allowed.
